Balcony Decking in Singapore
Capped WPC/composite, Chengal, and outdoor marble, tiles and stone — on detailed subframes with drainage and corrosion-resistant fixings.
Balcony decking in Singapore
Balcony decking turns bare tiles or screed into a warm, usable outdoor room. We supply and install capped WPC (composite) decking, natural Chengal and Balau hardwood, and outdoor marble, porcelain tiles and stone on detailed subframes — with drainage falls, corrosion-resistant fixings and clean edge trims.
Installed balcony decking runs from roughly S$18 per ft² for entry composite (market average near S$27) to above S$45 per ft² for premium hardwood or stone.
Composite (WPC) vs Chengal vs marble & stone
- Capped WPC / composite: low-maintenance, colour-stable, resistant to rot and termites.
- Chengal & Balau hardwood: dense tropical timbers, warm grain; weather to silver-grey unless oiled.
- Outdoor marble, porcelain tiles & stone: cool underfoot, easy to clean — suited to pool surrounds.
