Zip blinds in Singapore

Zip blinds are side-retained outdoor blinds: the fabric edge runs inside side tracks so the screen stays taut and greatly reduces heat, glare, wind and wind-driven rain. Choose manual or motorised, with solar-mesh or blockout fabrics. Every zip blind we install carries our 5-year warranty (see the Warranty page for scope).

How much do zip blinds cost in Singapore?
About S$18–28/ft² manual, S$25–35/ft² motorised, S$30–45+/ft² premium/smart, minimum panel ~30–32 ft². A standard condo balcony is often S$1,200–2,000 manual or S$1,800–2,800 motorised.
What does the zip blind warranty cover?
Our zip blind systems carry a 5-year warranty on the scope described on our Warranty page. Servicing is free for the 1st and 2nd visits; the 3rd, 4th and 5th visits carry a labour charge of S$250 each. Please give at least 4 weeks' advance notice to schedule a repair or service.
Can zip blinds stop rain completely?
They dramatically reduce wind-driven rain, heat and glare and make a balcony usable in most weather. No zip blind system is fully watertight in every wind-driven-rain condition — we match fabric density and detailing to your exposure.
Do you help with condo (MCST) or HDB approval?
Yes. We provide guidance on approved colours, working-hour restrictions and the documentation your management usually requests. Many condominiums require a renovation/management deposit paid by the home owner to the managing agent (MA) before work starts — typically refunded after inspection. We help prepare the submission; the MA deposit is arranged directly by the home owner.
