What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide (name, mobile number, property type) and any files you upload (floor plans or balcony photos) to prepare a quotation and arrange a site survey.

How your enquiry is processed

Our web form is delivered using a third-party form-to-email service (FormSubmit) or, where configured, our own secure endpoint. When you submit the form, your details and any attachments are transmitted to our business email in order to reach us. Depending on the provider, processing may occur on servers outside Singapore. You can avoid the online form entirely by contacting us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.

How we use it

We use your details and uploads solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide our services. We do not sell your data.

PDPA & your choices

We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We keep enquiry data and uploads only as long as needed for your project and our records, then delete them. Sensitive files

Floor plans and home photographs can be sensitive. Please share only what is needed for a quotation. If you prefer, you can describe your balcony and send photos later over WhatsApp.
