Indicative bands (Singapore, 2026): manual awning ≈ S$800–3,000; motorised roof ≈ S$2,500–6,000; premium cassette or louvered ≈ S$6,000–20,000+. Add-ons such as a wind/rain sensor, electrical point, scaffolding, PE endorsement and MCST/HDB approvals may apply.
